Creation
To create a Skeleton you must have a intact set of humanoid bones. Any medium humanoid will make a standard Skeleton with the above stats. Creating a Skeleton is intended to be used on corpses with CST 4 or less. Higher CST creatures may make better undead than rank and file Skeletons…
To raise a Skeleton you must expend 2 Magic Part or Alchemy Part per corpse; make a Craft (Magic), Craft (Alchemy) or Knowledge (Religion) check, DC 20. This ritual takes 1 hour and can be used on a number of corpses equal to your Caster Level. You may control a number of Undead equal to your (Caster Level + Initiation).
You must equip skeletons with weapons for them to use them.
