You instill courage in the subject, granting them immunity to the Shaken condition and removing it from them if present. If the target is Terrified or Panicked then it ignores doubled penalties (and Stunned penalty from Panicked) from the source of the fear.

Remove fear counters and dispels Cause Fear.
