Weather Domain

With power over storm and sky, you can call down the wrath of the gods upon the world below.

Primus - Drizzle (Su)

As a Half Action, you may spend 3 MP to create a localized rain shower in a 500 ft. radius, centered upon you. This rain is supernatural in origin, and causes the following effects to all creatures in the area:

  • Fire damage from all sources is reduced by 50%.
  • Cold damage from all sources is increased by 50%.
  • Spells which are affected by the weather, such as Call Lightning, receive their listed effect.
  • Spells which are destroyed by fire, such as Obscuring Mist, lose this weakness.

The rain lasts for 1 minute per Caster Level, but may be removed or changed by other spells and effects. This Talent may manifest in normally impossible locations, such as underground, within buildings, and in arid areas.

Enlightenment - Stormcaller (Su)

When you have summoned rain through the use of Drizzle, you may spend additional Half Actions to change the wind's strength. You may only adjust the wind's strength up or down by one step per turn. This Talent otherwise functions as Control Winds. In most circumstances, the starting strength of the wind is Light.

You are immune to the adverse effects of winds created by you, but other creatures are not. If the winds are Severe or higher, you gain Flight and Displacement within the area for the duration. The winds immediately dissipate and return to normal when the duration of Drizzle ends.

Zenith - Wrath of the Sky (Su)

The power of your storms increases further, and gains the following:

  • Creatures within the area of your winds now treat the ground as difficult terrain, as long as the winds are Strong or higher.
  • The move speed of creatures within the area of your winds is reduced by a number of feet equal to your Caster Level, rounding down to the nearest 5 ft. increment, as long as the winds are Strong or higher.
  • You may now summon Drizzle and affect winds at any location which you can physically see.
  • You may cast any Favored Spell within the area of your storms, ignoring the normal range limitations.
