As a Standard Action, you can whisper a hypnotizing litany of empty promises. Each enemy within a Close range (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 CL) emanation that can hear you becomes fascinated for as long as you continue the litany. You can use this power a number of rounds per day equal to your caster level, but these rounds do not need to be consecutive. This is a mind-affecting effect. As with any Fascination, you may not use this Talent against creatures in combat, and attacking them immediately ends the effect.

This ability replaces the Scythe of Evil Enlightenment from the Evil Domain.
