Health

The Health section of the Priority Chart dictates both the Hit Dice and the Base Saves of a character. The Player can lower an additional save to Bad from Good to raise the HD by one die (see chart 2) from the Health category. Additionally the HD can be lower to raise a Bad saving throw to Good (not available for E Health). Lowering the HD for Health allows one Good saving throw to become Excellent or one Bad save to become Good. (see chart 3) Similarly, the Player can lower a Good save to Bad and raise a Good base save to Excellent. HD and saves cannot be altered more than once in any direction.
