You surpass the normal limitations of your selected race. When you gain this talent, select one Ability Score which you do not have a Racial Penalty towards. You now gain a Racial Bonus towards that Ability Score.

If you already had a Racial Bonus, increase that bonus to 40%, from the default of 20%.
