Halfling Racial Talents

• Requirements: Halfling, 20 Experience

Halflings are known for their incredible courage when the circumstances call for it. A Halfling with this Talent may always attack when using the Total Defense action, even if they would normally be unable to do so.

• Requirements: Halfling, 30 Experience

Halflings are skilled gardeners and export foragers. A Halfling with this Talent may reduce the difficulty tier or gathering rate when gathering mundane Crafting Goods (Magical, Esoteric, and Firearm not included) by one “step,” meaning that they may turn a Difficult check into an Average one, or a Long duration into Normal duration, but not both at once.
