You may use your BaB or CL, whichever is higher as your CL for the Oil Extracted. </WRAP> <WRAP round box> ==== Chemistry Library ==== * **Requirements:** Craft (Alchemy) 5, Brew Potion, 20 EXP You may record spells in a Formula Book, rather than commit them to memory. For the purposes of Potions, Scrolls, and other magic items, you are considered to know the spell written in a Formula Library. You still must have the Initiation Grade required to learn the spell. In order to research Potion or Oil Formula in a Formula Book, you must spend 10 hours per spell tier of the spell being researched. Doing so often requires more then one Formula Book to be expended and create a Formula Library containing the spell knowledge. In order to use a Formula library you must have access to all the tomes apart of the library during the brewing or crafting time. For example, if Jericho is brewing a potion of Teleport he must have all 5 Formula Books (1 for each Spell Tier of the Spell) present while brewing the potion. </WRAP> <WRAP round box> ==== Alchemic Stash==== * **Requirements:** Craft (Alchemy) 7, Brew Potion, 15 EXP Alchmic Stash allows you to spend TU to gain access to constant access to ingredients. For every 3 TU spent on Plants, Animals, Fungus, Exotic matter or other such Esoteric or Alchemic substances, you may gain 1 TU worth of Alchemic Parts that may only be used on potions or oils. These parts do not regrow until the Potion or Oil is expended or dismissed. In addition these parts require 24 hours to fully regrow after expenditure or dismissal. In order to maintain or grow these parts a Room is required for every 120 TU spent on the materials. </WRAP> <WRAP round box> ==== Lesser Infusion ==== * **Requirements:** Craft (Alchemy) 7, Brew Potion, 5 EXP You may gather local natural ingredients to make a number of free potions tier per day equal to your Secondary Casting Attribute modifier x 3. You must still spend time and make the Craft (Alchemy) check as normal; there is simply no TU cost involved. You may only have up to this amount of potion tier active at a time, meaning that if your secondary modifier is 3, you may never have more than 9 tiers of free potions created simultaneously. Example: A Cure Light potion would take up 1 Tier while a Potion of Invisibility would consume 2 Tiers.
