 +Rings have some unique rules pertaining to researching how to make them. Generally, ring blueprints take a Research DC of the [[game_systems:experience|Experience]] amount required for their content + 10. Furthermore, to create a ring of any [[:paths|Path]], you must first unlock the Path itself. See below for an example of how this functions.

 +  - Celebrimbor decides to create a Ring of [[paths:arcana_path#surecast|Surecast]].  
 +  - As he already has a [[chargen:common_terms#core_stats|CST]] over 8, he may ignore paying for this requirement in its construction. 
 +  - Therefore, the base Ring of [[paths:arcana_path|Arcana]] is 15 Experience (150 TU), and Surecast is another 15 Experience (150 TU).
