| + | //In the dawn when time began to spin, | ||
| + | The Dragons rose, firstborn within. | ||
| + | From Bahamut, the Platinum Flame, | ||

| + | //Gold and Silver, Bronze and Brass, | ||
| + | Copper bright as ages passed. | ||
| + | Their quest was light, the skies afar, | ||
| + | Valhalla’s halls, a guiding star.// | ||

| + | |||
| + | //Yet Tiamat, with many heads, | ||
| + | Brought forth dragons where shadows tread. | ||
| + | Red and Blue, Black, Green, and White, | ||
| + | Not just for end, but balance in flight. // | ||
| + | |||
| + | |||
| + | //They sought not ruin, nor final fall, | ||
| + | But Ragnarok’s call to shape the All. | ||
| + | Together, both broods danced and spun, | ||
| + | Valhalla’s rise, Ragnarok’s run. // | ||

| + | //In endless cycles, night and day, | ||

| Not much is known of the first age, save for the tales which have become legend, and the sparse poems of the great deeds amongst the Elves and Men of that day. It is said that in the eldest of days, Tiamat and Bahamut danced amongst the stars, and from their dancing, the circle of life was brought forth. The beginning steps of their dance would come to be known as Valhalla, and the end as Ragnarok, with the events of all history taking place in the dancing between. None know when Ragnarok may be - some say each age is a dance of its own. | Not much is known of the first age, save for the tales which have become legend, and the sparse poems of the great deeds amongst the Elves and Men of that day.
