The target is illuminated as with Faerie Fire, and suffers from a harsh burn from the flames surrounding them. Every round, beginning on the round which this spell is cast, the target takes 1 point of Fire damage per Caster Level (Maximum 10). Additionally, for each point of damage the target takes, their weapon damage rolls suffer a penalty of equivalent value. Meaning that if you have a Caster Level of five, the target would take 5 points of damage, and suffer a -5 penalty to their weapon damage rolls, every round for the duration of this spell.
The target may make a Reflex saving throw to half the Fire damage and associated weapon damage roll penalty for the duration of the spell.
