You can imbue a target with chaos by spending 2 MP, as a melee or ranged (30 ft.) touch attack. For the next round, anytime the target rolls a d20, he must roll twice and take the less favorable result.
You may sacrifice 3 MP and a vial of Holy Water to make a Vial of Anarchy as a Full Action. Upon consumption, you may change any energy damage you deal or receive to Anarchic until the beginning of your next turn, as an Immediate Action (this may instead be a Swift Action, if you use it on your turn).
In addition, you may channel the unrestricted nature of your god when under the effect of any mind-affecting magic, possession, or similar external control. Instead of acting as the effect would normally cause (or lack of acting), you may instead act as though you are under a Confusion effect for the round instead. In this case, “act normally” effectively allows you to ignore the compulsion, and act as you wish. This does not lower the duration of the external control in any way, but does allow you to bypass it for a time. Using this effect is a non-action.
The effects of the Vial of Anarchy last for 10 minutes per Caster Level. You may feed the Vial to other creatures for them to gain the effects as well. An active Vial takes up 3 MP from your total Mana, meaning that if you possess 10 Mana, your new maximum Mana is 7, until the Vial is consumed, upon which you would then possess 7 out of 10 Mana.
You may spend 7 MP as part of making any attack to perform a Chaotic Smite. Doing so causes the following effects:
