Halflings have a way of staying beneath the affairs of the big-folk, intentionally or otherwise.
You may spend a Half Action to gain the ability to hide in plain sight, as long as you are not currently being observed. You lose the benefits of this Talent if you move from your current location, by any means.

Some Halflings are either born with a faster gait than their kin, or forced into it out of necessity. Halflings with this Talent increase their base speed to 30 feet.
Halflings are known for their incredible courage when the circumstances call for it. A Halfling with this Talent may always attack when using the Total Defense action, even if they would normally be unable to do so.
Halflings are skilled gardeners and export foragers. A Halfling with this Talent may reduce the difficulty tier or gathering rate when gathering Mundane or Culinary Crafting materials by one “step,” meaning that they may turn a Difficult check into an Average one, or a Long duration into Normal duration, but not both at once. Halflings possess incredible stealth, though you are a more adept burglar than others. Halflings with this racial trait reduce the penalty for using Stealth while moving by 5, and reduce the Stealth check penalty for sniping by 10.
The range increment of your thrown rocks increases to 40 feet, and your rocks now inflict 1d6 points of damage. Additionally, you may now use your Strength modifier for attack rolls with thrown rocks, if desired.
