Oozes and vermin are susceptible to your strange magic. You treat them as humanoid creatures for determining the effects of spells and Talents upon them, ignoring their mindless trait. Additionally, you may freely speak to any vermin as if you shared a language.

===== Plague Outbreak (Sp) =====
**Requirements:** Command the Vermin, [[chargen:common_terms#core_stats|CST]] 5, Heal 5, 15 EXP
You may spend 2 [[priority:magic#mana|MP]]/[[game_systems:tactic_pool|TP]] and a Half Action to cause a plague to break out in a 30 ft radius burst in a location that you can see. For a number of rounds equal to your [[priority:magic|CL]]/[[priority:prowess|BaB]] (minimum 1), sores and rancid smelling pustules break out on any creatures within the area of effect. These sores cause the victims to be sickened for the duration of their time within the area, plus a number of rounds equal to your Primary Attribute modifier upon leaving the plague-ridden area.

You become immune to the sickened condition, and receive a +4 bonus on saves against disease. At [[priority:magic|CL]]/[[priority:prowess|BaB]] 7, you also become immune to the nauseated condition and to all diseases (though you may carry them around if you wish).

Swarms no longer attack or otherwise damage you regardless of their origin, and you may spend a Half Action to command any swarm (even those summoned by other casters) to do your bidding, as long as your [[priority:magic|CL]]/[[priority:prowess|BaB]] meets or exceeds theirs.

===== Pestilential Breath (Su) =====
**Requirements:** Shroud of Vermin, [[chargen:common_terms#core_stats|CST]] 20, Heal 15, 35 EXP
The sickness within your body finally becomes so potent that your very breath is deadly. As a Half Action, you can exhale a cloud of pestilence in a 30-foot cone. Those caught in the area of this miasmic cloud receive a single Fortitude save to avoid suffering the effects of two different diseases. The DC of this save is equal to 10 + your [[priority:magic|CL]]/[[priority:prowess|BaB]] + your Primary Attribute modifier. You can choose what two diseases you inflict on each target that succumbs to your plague breath, but they must be two different diseases chosen from the disease list. When struck by this ability, the creature(s) within the breath instantly suffer the effects of both of your chosen diseases, as if they failed the first saving throw. Upon using this ability, you must wait 1d4 rounds before using it again.

You become a wretched creature, a carrier of the worst things in life. At will, any time you inflict hitpoint damage on an enemy with a spell or attack, you may infect them with mummy rot with no saving throw involved. You gain DR 10/- from the multitude of wretched insects making their home in your rotted flesh. You gain SR 10 + your [[priority:health|Hit Dice]], as no mage can seem to find you within your own bones. Lastly, you are immune to all poisons and diseases.
