Additionally, you are now immune to lycanthropy. ---- ===== See By Moonlight (Su) ===== **Requirements:** Walk By Moonlight, [[chargen:common_terms#core_stats|CST]] 5, [[priority:skills:knowledge|Knowledge]] (Arcana) 8, 15 EXP You gain Darkvision 60 ft. If you already have Darkvision, you may increase it by this amount. Additionally, as long as you are outdoors at night, you gain the See in Darkness ability, allowing you to see through even magical darkness. ---- ===== Decipher Mysteries ===== **Requirements:** See By Moonlight, [[chargen:common_terms#core_stats|CST]] 10, [[priority:skills:knowledge|Knowledge]] (Arcana) 12, 20 EXP You may use the power of moon-runes to see the truth in magical objects. By spending 1 hour in preparation, you may see things as they truly are in a selected 60 foot diameter area of your choosing. Whilst in this area and under the moon, you gain the benefits of [[priority:magic:spells:tier6:true_seeing|]]. You may use such a prepared area to cast [[priority:magic:spells:tier6:legend_lore|]], and the casting time only takes six hours. You must finish the casting before the sun rises, or the spell fails. ---- ===== Astral Caravan (Su) ===== **Requirements:** Decipher Mysteries, [[chargen:common_terms#core_stats|CST]] 15, [[priority:skills:knowledge|Knowledge]] (Arcana) 16, 25 EXP As a Full Action, you can step into the planar border where the Astral Plane abuts the Material Plane, pulling up to one additional person for every two [[priority:magic|CL]]/[[priority:prowess|Prowess]] which you possess with you. You can’t travel fully into the Astral Plane or any of the other planes it borders, but while using this ability you can cover incredible distances, traversing 50 miles per hour, as per the [[priority:magic:spells:tier6:shadow_walk|]] spell. For every hour traveled, you must expend 3 [[priority:magic#mana|MP]]/[[game_systems:tactic_pool|TP]]. This Talent only works at night, when the moon is out - a new moon or extensive overcast conditions prevent use of this ability. ---- ===== Channel the Moon (Sp) ===== **Requirements:** Astral Caravan, [[chargen:common_terms#core_stats|CST]] 20, [[priority:skills:knowledge|Knowledge]] (Arcana) 20, 30 EXP As a Full Action, you may spend 7 [[priority:magic#mana|MP]]/[[game_systems:tactic_pool|TP]] to conjure rays of moonlight. This Talent functions as [[priority:magic:spells:tier7:sunbeam|]], except it also inflicts bonus damage against lycanthropes and devils, just as Sunbeam adversely affects the undead. Should you die whilst in sight of the moon, you are reborn on the next full moon (as [[priority:magic:spells:special:true_resurrection|]]). This does not occur if your dead body is transported within sight of the moon after the fact. ----
