====== Alvion: Whisper Willow ======

A Whisper Willow is a rare type of tree which only grows on the seemingly inhabitable cliffs of the Semoto Mountains. Its heart-shaped leaves are a peculiar shape, and when dried they contort even further, wrapping into themselves and forming an “instrument” of sorts. 

During the Ire of Phyrrys, these trees shed their leaves like many others. The dried and curled leaves create strange sounds through the cliffs as they fall, which some say mimic speech at the level of a whisper. 

An old wives’ tale claims that these trees were brought to this world by the Great Spirit Siobhan from the Feywild, and that the leaves possess the gift of prophecy, should a suitable recipient happen to be nearby during the time of the leaves’ falling.
