You surpass the normal limitations of your selected race. When you gain this talent, select one Ability Score which you do not have a [[chargen:common_terms#racial_bonuses_and_penalties|Racial Penalty]] towards. You now gain a [[chargen:common_terms#racial_bonuses_and_penalties|Racial Bonus]] towards that Ability Score. 

If you already had a Racial Bonus, increase that bonus to 40%, from the default of 20%.
