You may catch rocks of your size or smaller once per round as a Free Action, by making a DC 20 Reflex save (if the projectile possesses a magical bonus on the attack, the bonus is added to the DC). You may not catch the rock if you are flat-footed against it.

You may hurl rocks up to two categories smaller than your size as an Attack action; for example, a Large Half-Giant can hurl Small rocks. A “rock” is any large, bulky, and relatively regularly shaped object made of any material with a hardness of at least 5. Your range increment for rock-throwing is your Strength score multiplied by 5. You can hurl the rock up to a maximum of five range increments.
Damage is typically 1d6 for Tiny rocks, and 1d8 for Small rocks. You add 1.5x your STR modifier to damage rolls with thrown rocks.
